After confirming the download was successfull, you have 2h to record and send your file. This page will be hidden during this timelapse (so you are the only one able to make a new version).
A password will be provided after the downloading.
Use it to access the upload page to send back your file and fill a form with email of people you personnaly know that could participate.
When the upload is done and validated, all the pages will be public again and anyone would be able to participate. (They will receive a one-off email and their adresse will be erased from the database).
